Yes, John Lewis offers free delivery on purchases over £50 when you select Standard Delivery. For any purchases under £50, there is a £4.50 delivery fee. However, please note that there are some exceptions - including for large items delivered to non-UK mainland. For next day deliveries, orders must be placed by 8pm the day before with prices starting from £7.50 for small and medium sized items. For next day delivery before 10.30am, fees start from £10.95.

Yes, John Lewis offers free returns of unused items in their original packaging as long as it is returned within 35 days. You may be offered an exchange or refund, as long as the products meets the John Lewis terms and conditions. Online purchases will also be fully refunded - including the standard delivery charge - if returned within 14 days of purchase.
