What delivery options are available at Kate Spade?
Kate Spade offers free standard shipping for all orders over £150. Alternatively, standard shipping on orders under £150 costs £4.95 and will be delivered within 3-5 business days. Express shipping costs £98.95 and will be delivered within 1-2 working days. Orders placed before 2 pm will be delivered on the next working day. Unfortunately, some items may not qualify for all of these delivery methods.
Can I track my Kate Spade order?
Yes. All orders are dispatched using DPD. Track your parcel by using the DPD app or visiting their website. Find your order number by referring to the order confirmation email which would have been sent out to you after placing your order. You can also check the tracking link that is sent alongside your order number. It will inform you if your order is being processed at the warehouse, has been dispatched from the warehouse, is out for delivery or has been delivered.
Does Kate Spade accept returns?
Of course. You can return your Kate Spade products within 30 days of purchase. Just make sure that it is returned in its original packaging and has no signs of wear or use. Returns made using the online process must be packaged to include a return label alongside your packing slip. Fragrance, beauty items and swimwear can only be returned if unused, not removed from packaging and with liners still in place.
