Does La Redoute offer free delivery?
Yes, La Redoute offers free delivery on purchases over £60 if you choose the Click & Collect option. For Click & Collect orders less than £60, the delivery fee is £2.99. However, customers should be aware that this service is not available for purchases on furniture, electricals and selected home textiles. For other orders, standard Home Delivery is £3.99 per order, with the fee remaining the same regardless of the number of items or their sizes. However, for a ‘bulky item’ the cost is £9.99.
Where does La Redoute ship to?
La Redoute can deliver to postcodes in the UK, Northern Ireland, the Channel Islands and Isle of Man. They also ship internationally, so for European orders please check the website to ensure that your location is included.
How long does delivery take?
Delivery is expected to be completed within 7 to 10 days of purchase. However, the exact time may vary depending on your order. For clothing, footwear, and most home decor, the expected delivery is within 7 to 10 days. For electrical items, La Redoute offers the same time frame. Furniture, such as sofas and beds, are expected to be delivered within 6 to 12 weeks and the time will be offered on the site when you make a purchase.
Does La Redoute offer free returns?
La Redoute offers customers 21 days to return any items, as long as they’re in the original packaging. You can opt for free returns via Home Collection or ParcelShop as long as it is within the three week returns window.
