Does Nasty Gal offer a free delivery option?
Unfortunately, Nasty Gal doesn’t offer a free delivery option outside of their NGVIP service. However, they do offer their standard delivery service at a reduced cost when your order is over £45. This option is usually £3.99 but will be reduced to just £1.99 and will arrive on your doorstep within 4 working days.
What is Nasty Gal’s return policy?
Sometimes, an order doesn’t always work out how you may have expected but that doesn’t mean you are stuck with the purchase forever. If you would like to return your Nasty Gal order, you have up to 28 days from the date you receive your dispatch email to send your item back to them. All returned items must be in their original, resaleable condition and all the tags and labels must be in place.
Will your delivery charge be refunded at Nasty Gal?
If you have returned your products within the 28 day return period, you can relax knowing that you will receive your full refund including any delivery charges. This will be sent back to you via your original payment method and should arrive in your account within 14 days.
