What is NET-A-PORTER's return policy?
You can return and exchange items to NET-A-PORTER within 28 days from the date you received your order. Simply fill in the return form online and book your complimentary collection with DHL. All items returned must be unused with their NET-A-PORTER tags still attached.
How much does NET-A-PORTER's delivery cost?
NET-A-PORTER offers a range of delivery options to over 170 countries at checkout. Standard delivery costs £7, but is free on all orders over £200, delivering your items within 3 business days from 9am-5pm. Nominated and Next Day deliveries cost £10, also arriving between 9am and 5pm. But don't sweat it if you need your delivery immediately - NET-A-PORTER also offers a same-day delivery service. Premier Daytime delivery (available seven days a week) costs £15, with delivery between 10am and 6pm that day. And if evenings are better for you, the site also offers Premier Evening delivery, with your products arriving between 6pm and 9pm Monday-Friday.
