Does Pandora do free delivery?
Yes, you can get free standard delivery on Pandora items if you spend over £75. If you don’t spend over £75, then standard delivery costs £2.99. The brand will aim to deliver your order within two to three days, excluding Sundays and bank holidays.
Does Pandora do next day delivery?
Pandora doesn't offer next day delivery but they do offer express delivery. This delivery option costs £5.99 and the brand aims to deliver your order within one to two days, excluding Sundays and bank holidays.
Can all Pandora items be returned?
All items apart from gift cards and eGift cards can be returned. The Pandora website won’t accept returns of products purchased in store or purchased from a concessions store.
Can I exchange my Pandora jewellery?
Yes, you can exchange your Pandora jewellery, even if you have purchased it online. Size exchanges can only be done within 30 days of purchase and can only be done for full-priced items. In order to do this, you will need to contact the brand’s customer service team on 0808 234 5431 or via the live chat and they will be able to assist you.
Does Pandora do gift cards?
Yes, you can purchase a gift card or an eGift card on the Pandora website. The physical gift card will be shipped straight to the recipient and can be used online and at all participating stores. The eGift card will be sent via email and can also be used online and at all participating stores.
How can I look after my Pandora jewellery?
After purchasing jewellery from Pandora, you want to make sure that you are looking after it correctly so that it lasts as long as possible. The brand has lots of tips on their website on how to care for your jewellery, and they will also repair or replace any manufacturing faults free of charge up to two years from the date of purchase for silver and gold jewellery. You will need your original proof of purchase for this.
How much are Pandora’s lab-created diamonds?
