Does Space NK offer free delivery?
Yes, Space NK does offer free delivery, but it depends on your order, and the delivery option you select. Shoppers who spend over £25, and select Standard Delivery, will be eligible for free delivery. However, if your order is under £25, you will be required ot pay £4 for delivery. Customers can also get free delivery on the 2-hour Delivery From Your Local Store option, as well as the numerous Click and Collect options. Shipping costs may vary for those shopping across Europe, the USA, Canada and other international destinations.
How long does Space NK delivery take?
There are a number of delivery options available when you shop at Space NK. Their standard option take 2 to 4 days to reach you and their express option will reach you within 1 working day. You can also opt for their click and collect option which will be ready to pick up within 3 to 5 working days. They also have an express click and collect option for collection within 1 hour, as well as an option for 2 hour delivery from your local store although you will need to check eligibility for this.
Does Space NK offer free returns?
Yes, Space NK does offer free returns. Shoppers have 28 days from receiving their order to return or refund any items, which are unsatisfactory. Those who need to return their order internationally will need to follow the necessary steps relating to the country shipping from.

No, unfortunately Space NK does not accept student discount, though there are various ways to save more on your next purchase.
How do you use a Space NK gift card?
Redeeming your Space NK gift card couldn't be easier and it all begins with the payment screen. Simply enter your 20-digit gift card number which can be found on the back of the card or at the bottom of the email if you are using an e-gift card. Click the 'Check Balance' button and then enter the amount you want to redeem (it needs to be presented without the pound sign, i.e. 3.00 instead of £3). From here, you can continue down the page, and then enter your 6-digit security code which can be found by scratching off the black and silver panel on the back of the card; for e-gift cards, it can be found at the bottom of the email.

In most cases Space NK has already reduced the price of the select items if there is a sale on, and the bundles will already be reduced in price, to save the stress.
