Does Liz Earle test on animals?
Absolutely not. Liz Earle is certified under the Leaping Bunny Programme, an internationally recognized certification of cruelty standards. Whilst it does use animal by-products- such as manuka honey, beeswax and propolis- all of Liz Earle’s products are suitable for vegetarians as it does not use products that have derived from animals, such as carmine, shellac or collagen.
Are Liz Earle products suitable for sensitive skin?
Whilst many customers with sensitive skin do favour Liz Earle products, it is recommended that you perform a patch test before heavy use, as everyone’s skin is different. Liz Earle recommends that people with sensitive skin apply a small sample of the product behind their ear and monitor it for signs of redness, irritation or discomfort. Wash thoroughly with warm water if irritation does occur. Furthermore, Liz Earle does not recommend their Brightening Treatment Mask, Gentle Face Exfoliator or Deep Cleansing Mask for those with sensitive skin due to their stimulating nature.
Which products should I start with if I’m new to Liz Earle?
Liz Earle recommends that you start your skincare routine with a simple 3-step cleanse, tone and moisturize routine performed every morning and evening. For this, they recommend using the Cleanse and Polish Hot Cloth Cleanser, the Instant Boost Skin Tonic and either Skin Repair or Superskin Moisturiser.
Does Liz Earl offer a student discount?

Does Liz Earle accept returns?
Yes! Unwanted products can be returned within 60 days of the date of purchase. Liz Earl happily provides a 60-day return policy as they recognize that it can take anywhere from 28-60 days for skin cells to turn over, meaning that it can take a few weeks to know if the products are not right for your skin. Just contact their customer service team who will be happy to process your return.
